Emelie de Hoys impressed with pole position and victory in Barcelona at the F1 academy.

Red Bull’s commitment to the development of women’s motorsport is confirmed by the inclusion of three talented drivers in the Red Bull Academy program. Program Manager Sarah Harrington said she was excited about the partnership and highlighted how important it is for women in motorsport.

Red Bull has become the first team to commit to full sponsorship managed by the experienced MP Motorsport team through its new academy programme.

The team boss of MP Motorsport, Sander Dorsmann, emphasized that he knows the talent of the competitors closely and considers them to be true members of the MP Motorsport family of recent years. He expressed his gratitude for the continued cooperation with Red Bull and expressed optimism about the new season of the Formula 1 Academy.

MP Motorsport aims to repeat and surpass 2023’s solid results based on previous experience and success. With the unwavering backing of Red Bull, the team is determined to challenge for the teams’ championships that narrowly eluded them last season.

The 2024 F1 Academy season promises to be challenging and exciting and will focus on the outstanding performances of Hamda, Amna and Emily. The presence of talented female drivers and the strategic partnership with Red Bull show an ongoing commitment to the development and promotion of women’s motorsport.
