VR46 Racing Team Reveals All-New 2024 Livery for Valentino Rossi’s MotoGP Squad

10 months ago By Sports Desk

The VR46 Racing team, led by Valentino Rossi, has unveiled its new livery for the anticipated 2024 MotoGP season, bringing with it significant and exciting changes. With a new main sponsor, Indonesian state-owned oil and gas company Pertamina, the team introduces a completely revamped livery, symbolizing the beginning of a new era for the iconic team.

After two years of Mooney’s support and a black-and-yellow color scheme in the main class, VR46 Racing adopts a fresh and vibrant look for 2024. Featuring Pertamina as the new main sponsor, this design combines Valentino Rossi-inspired neon yellow with Pertamina’s red and white, which will promote the Enduro oil brand. This change brings a distinct and innovative aesthetic, representing a new beginning for the team.

In addition, the team is adding an additional touch to the new VR46 Racing Team image by featuring Monster branding on the hats. The bold color combination and innovative visual elements are sure to attract attention from fans and sports enthusiasts.

For the 2024 season, the VR46 team will be racing their bikes from a year ago as they enter the final year of their contracts. There have been rumors of a move to Yamaha for the upcoming season, despite recent statements stating that VR46 sees remaining as a reserve team for Ducati as a top priority. This comes as the Japanese manufacturer plans to field two extra motorcycles for next season.

Legendary pilot and team owner Valentino Rossi shared his expectations for a new era of the team: “These 10 years have passed since we started working on this project. At the beginning I was convinced that MotoGP was not our real goal, the people around me, especially Uccio, pushed too much. From the first day “Everything went well and last year was an unforgettable, fantastic year, everyone set the bar high.”

Rossi also expressed his satisfaction with his partnership with Pertamina Enduro and emphasized that Indonesian fans have always had great love and respect for him. The changes are not just focused on sponsorship; The team is also welcoming new drivers for the new season, which adds additional excitement.

Drivers Marco Bezzecchi and Fabio Di Giannantonio shared their feelings about the new season. Entering his third MotoGP season, Bezzecchi expressed his desire to remain competitive and get back on the podium. Evaluating his new start in the Pertamina Enduro VR46 Racing Team, Di Giannantonio shared his positive feelings during the test ride of the new motorcycle and his excitement about the new design.

In a time of exciting changes, VR46 Racing Team is ready for the 2024 season with a new image, new challenges and the hope of achieving new successes. Fans are looking forward to the start of the new season on the track.
