10 months ago By Sports Desk

Sky Sports has recently confirmed that the former NASCAR and IndyCar racer turned F1 presenter for their hannel, Danica Patrick, will continue to fulfil her duties for the upcoming season, the 2024 F1 Championship.

Danica Patrick, herself a NASCAR racer and the only woman to win the prestigious IndyCar series, joined the British sports broadcaster SkySports as an F1 pundit in 2021, just before the 2021 US GP. The Beloit, Wisconsin, woman has from them carried on F1 presenter duties in Grand Prixs in different areas of the globe.

But there were speculations and rumours regarding her career in the 2024 season. Some were suggesting that Danica’s career as a presenter will be over as SkySport is going to change its broadcasting panel for the 2024 season.

But now that SkySports has made the official announcement, the rumours have gone away. Danica Patrick, who is also a fan favorite, i is really efficient in her duties as a presenter. With her good looks and immense knowledge and experience of motorsports, she is really one of the best in business.

But there is still some glitch in all of this because of some controversies in 2023.

Although she has been retained now for 2024 by Skysports F1, her previous career was really full of controversies.

The controversies included her comments on the scope of women in the male-dominating F1.

Then there was further controversy when Patrick faced a backlash on social media when she posted photos from a Turning Point USA event. The pictures included an advertisement for ‘Woke Tears Water’.

After all these controversies and scepticism from fans, everyone really thought her career as a presenter would be over for sure. But a pundit is a pundit, and as a presenter, Danic’s a real good one.
