 1. Francesco Bagnaia (Italy) – Ducati Lenovo Team: Francesco ‘Pecco’ Bagnaia, the reigning world champion, has been in phenomenal form in the 2023 season. With five victories, including three impressive sprints and race doubles, Bagnaia is leading the title race. Despite a slow start to the season, he made a remarkable comeback, positioning himself as the rider to beat. With the #1 on his bike, Bagnaia is determined to defend his title and extend his lead in Japan.The Italian rider’s tally of 283 points, 5 wins, and 8 podiums showcases his dominance in the current campaign. 2. Jorge Martín Almoguera (Spain)Prima Pramac Racing (Ducati):  Jorge Martin, also known as the ‘Martinator,’ is another rider to keep an eye on in the Japanese GP. Rising through the ranks of Moto3 and Moto2, Martin has quickly made his mark in MotoGP. Despite facing a serious crash in Portugal, which forced him to miss four races, Martin secured his first-ever MotoGP win in the same year.In 2023, Martin will be on a strong comeback trail as a title contender. He aims to challenge his fellow Ducati rider, Bagnaia, for the championship. Martin’s ability to bounce back from setbacks and his recent success in the Tissot sprint race and the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli Grand Prix highlight his determination.   

3. Pol Espargaro (Spain)—Tech3 GASGAS Factory Racing (KTM):  Pol Espargaro, with a decade of MotoGP experience, is known for his tenacity and resilience. In 2023, both Binder and KTM will have experienced a resurgence, signaling a promising return to form.Binder’s commitment to KTM until at least 2026 and his record-setting speed in the sprint race of Mugello at 366.1 KpH make him a rider with immense potential.
